About the role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate, analytical, and eager to learn, to join our team in the dynamic online sports betting and casino industry. This is a key role within the company, as it involves collaborating across multiple internal departments such as marketing, product, finance, and operations. Your role will be essential in transforming data into insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making.

Position Objectives:

1. Analyze key business data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that enhance profitability and user experience
2. Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, product, finance, and technology to support data-driven projects
3. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to guide decision-making at all company levels
4. Apply data comparison techniques and conduct Quality Assurance (QA) on databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity
5. Propose creative solutions to complex problems through data analysis and evidence-based hypothesis generation

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data related to users, operations, and campaign performance
• Create and optimize reports and dashboards in Excel and other BI tools
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases
• Identify opportunities for process and strategy improvements based on data analysis
• Collaborate closely with other departments to align analysis objectives with business needs
• Present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Position Requirements:

Education: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields

Technical Skills:

• Advanced SQL skills to work with complex databases. (Must)
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, data modeling). (Must)
• Basic knowledge of BI tools (Data Studio, Power BI, or similar) and data analysis languages such as Python or R (preferred).

• Passion for data analysis and continuous learning
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in the online gaming industry, or similar environments
• Experience in marketing or working closely with marketing teams, providing data-driven insights to support campaigns and strategies.
• English is a must!
