About The Position
As product marketing manager at Personetics, you will be at the forefront of driving the success of our products. Leveraging your expertise in product marketing and strategic thinking, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. With a focus on understanding our target audience and market dynamics, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive impactful market releases and product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that will resonate with our target audience. Clearly articulate the unique benefits and features of our products to effectively communicate value to customers and prospects alike.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to define and execute go-to-market plans for new products launches and quarterly market releases, including research, messaging, communication plans, and pricing.
- Content Development: Create engaging and high-quality content that communicates and promotes our product offering and differentiated value, including website content, product datasheets, webinars, case studies, email outreach, newsletters, product videos, product presentations, etc.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in B2B product marketing roles.
- 3-5 combined experience in tech; Fintech or Financial service companies, a major plus.
- Experience creating GTM strategies for new products and features and executing relevant marketing campaigns and activities
- Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Cross-functional team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions (product, marketing, sales).
- Strategic and analytic mindset, fast learner, able to understand and tie together technical and business aspects.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to initiate, lead and manage various activities with minimal supervision.
