Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead customer onboarding and integrations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This role is part of our Product team, based in Hod Hasharon, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer onboarding process and integrations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to support customers.
- Provide user training on the Goods Solution to enhance customer adoption.
- Offer ongoing support to existing customers through service tickets.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to troubleshoot issues and manage escalations.
- Use SQL queries to analyze system behavior and validate business processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Support, or Customer Success.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics and e-commerce business processes.
- Strong SQL skills – ability to write and analyze queries (mandatory).
- Excellent English proficiency – both verbal and written (mandatory).
- Technical troubleshooting expertise, including experience with Postman, application logs, and SQL.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present, multitask, and collaborate effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science (B.Sc.), Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
