About this role:
The Onboarding Manager at Duve will focus on assisting customers in setting up their Duve platform and conducting enablement sessions. This role requires a blend of task-oriented and customer service skills to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Very strong organizational and task management skills.
- Excellent English, written and verbal.
- High customer service orientation.
- Technical Aptitude: Enthusiasm for technology, familiarity with common tools, and a passion for exploring new platforms and interfaces
- Ability to lead multi-participants training sessions and webinars.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in customer onboarding or similar roles.
- Familiarity with hospitality technology is a plus.
What you will do:
- Set up new customer accounts on the Duve’s platform.
- Identify and eliminate any delays and obstacles in the onboarding process.
- Follow up with customers on tasks required for their go-live process.
- Conduct grouped training sessions for new customers.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance during the initial stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues.
- Track and report on onboarding progress and key metrics.
