We are looking for a Development Team Leader who is:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dedicated development team
• Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining a close relationship with users
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures
• Solve complex problems with innovative solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
• Strong business and product understanding
• Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture
• Practical experience with production systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Minimum 7 years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java
• Experience with React and Oracle
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
