Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

Handle recruitment and onboarding of new employees, specifically for Forex-related roles.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management,

and engagement initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and

knowledge. Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accurate employee records and

documentation. Collaborate with HR teams across the company’s international offices.

Requirements

Previous experience in an HR role within the Forex industry is a must. Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and regulations. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations within a fast-paced

environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multinational organization. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite. Fluent in English; Hebrew is a plus.
