Mayle Studio, a fast-growing media agency, is looking for a talented and motivated Office Manager & Graphic Designer/Video Editor to join our team!

Your Role:

As our Office Manager, you’ll ensure smooth office operations while managing client relationships with professionalism and care. In addition, your design and editing skills will help bring our campaigns to life, making a real impact in the digital advertising space.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee office operations and administration

Manage client communication and relationships

Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and follow-ups

Create engaging graphic designs for social media & ads

Edit and enhance video content for campaigns

Collaborate with the media buying team to develop high-quality creatives

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in graphic design and/or video editing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
