✅ Experience in marketing strategy planning – the ability to understand each client’s needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.

✅ At least 2 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads & Facebook – experience in both platforms is a must.

✅ Experience managing campaigns on Outbrain & Taboola.

✅ Expertise in precise targeting, keyword research, and audience segmentation.

✅ Hands-on experience with pixel implementation, GTM, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking to monitor campaign performance.

✅ Data analysis skills & dashboard creation using tools like Data Studio – an advantage.

✅ Attention to detail, experience in campaign optimization and improving ROI.

✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
