Software Engineering Team Lead

A digital intelligence startup in the forensic industry, providing its system to law enforcement agencies worldwide, with a strong emphasis on the U.S. The company's primary role is to receive confiscated mobile devices, bypass security measures, extract and process encrypted data, conduct analytics, and provide forensic evidence to investigators, aiding in solving crimes such as terrorism and human trafficking.

Role:

• Managing a team of 4-5 Backend developers in one of the company's core teams
• Reporting to the Director of R&D
• 50% hands-on development
• Developing a cloud-based Web application using .NET Core
• Working with AWS, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker
• Architectural design and decision-making

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing a development team – required
• 7+ years of experience in C# or .NET Core development – required
• Experience with AWS – required
• Experience in high-tech companies or startups – required
• Experience with Microservices – an advantage
• Experience developing SaaS products – a strong advantage
• Experience with Elasticsearch – an advantage
