Data Analyst

An Israeli high-tech company in the online industry that generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue last year. The company's product simplifies decision-making processes, helping end users make informed choices.

They develop websites that aggregate the ten most accurate search results based on Google’s rankings, optimizing them for the user experience.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, near the train line, the company operates on a hybrid model with two remote workdays per week and has 400 employees. The company primarily works with the U.S. market.

Responsibilities-

• Carry out a meta-analysis for different departments and various company needs
• Optimize conversion funnels based on statistical models and in-depth analysis
• Deliver and promote actionable insights to stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with members of the Marketing, Business, and Product teams to elevate real-time business outcomes
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to enhance the website's user experience significantly.
• Utilize BI tools to generate valuable data
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interfaces (business & technology)

Requirements-

• 2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience in querying large, complex data sets
• Experience with BI/Data Visualization Tools (Tableau - a big advantage)
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner
• Sheer curiosity to unearth the hidden secrets within vast datasets
• Experience at a leading internet company - an advantage
• Knowledge of A/B testing and hypothesis testing - an advantage
• Experience using Python / R for statistical analysis - an advantage
• University degree - preferably B.Sc., graduated magna cum laude with outstanding grades or performance /a high psychometric score (or equivalent)
