Content Proofing & QA Specialist

As we expand our portfolio, we seek a talented Content Proofing and QA Specialist to ensure that all written content—from TV commercials to digital ads, emails, and website copy—is error-free, polished, and aligned with our brand voice.

Role Overview

This is a freelance, contract-based role with a fixed number of hours per month, focused on proofreading and reviewing all marketing and creative content for spelling, grammar, clarity, and consistency. You will act as a quality checkpoint for all written materials, collaborating with marketing, creative, and retention teams to maintain high content standards.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Content Proofreading & QA

• Proofread scripts, website copy, product descriptions, email marketing, ads, and social media text for grammar, spelling, and clarity.
• Ensure content follows native U.S. English standards and maintains a consistent brand voice.
• Spot and correct typos, inconsistencies, and formatting issues across all written materials.

✅ Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with marketing, creative, and retention teams to ensure content meets quality standards.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to writers and content creators.

Requirements

📝 Content Proofing & Language Expertise:

• Native-level U.S. English proficiency with strong proofreading and editing skills.
• 3+ years of experience in proofreading, content QA, or copyediting in marketing, media, or advertising.
• Strong knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and brand voice consistency.

📌 Preferred Tools & Skills:

• Experience using Figma and Frame.io (optional but beneficial).

Familiarity with Monday.com for workflow management (not creative review).
