Our all-in-one PeopleOS helps companies manage employees, streamline HR workflows, and run exceptional teams through meaningful insights.
Main responsibilities
- Build pipeline through self-sourced efforts, leveraging the best stack, creativity, persistence, and grit
- Become an expert on DreamTeam’s product and unique offerings
- Engage with prospective customers via various outreach channels including phone calls, social media, and emails
- Qualify inbound leads via phone and email
Required
- SDR experience
- Verifiable and exceptional track record
- 3 onsite days from our TLV office
- Willing to work Mon-Fri (flexible hours), facing UK & US
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment where you do whatever it takes
- Enjoy making a difference and working with a team to achieve goals
- Is a self-motivated and a resourceful self-starter
- Extremely goal driven
- Experienced in prospecting, sequencing technologies + phone calling
Bonus
- Experience selling SaaS to SMBs
- Passion for, or previous experience in the HR tech space
- Experience with the following tech stack: Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, different enrichment tools
Working Days/Hours
Monday-Fridays, USA hours some days
