A leading company in EV charging solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to take on a key role in building sales strategy from scratch, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving sales and distribution processes in the Israeli market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business development initiatives for EV charging products.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities with distributors, system integrators (SIs), OEMs, and panel builders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships.
- Define sales targets, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
- Conduct customer surveys and implement insights to improve satisfaction.
- Monitor clients’ financial status and report risk factors to regional management.
- Manage contractual risks, including cybersecurity risks, across customer and sales channels.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the Israeli market.
- Strong technical background – experience in electrical systems, energy, or relevant technological products.
- Deep understanding of the EV charging industry
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience in financial risk assessment and contract management – an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and lead processes from strategy to execution.
