Progressus Software is looking for a creative, dynamic, and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team and play a significant role in shaping the company’s digital presence. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup, work in the heart of Tel Aviv’s tech scene, and help build a disruptive AI-driven marketing brand. You will be leading the social media strategy and marketing efforts for Stanley Marketing—our revolutionary AI-powered digital marketing solution for small and medium-sized businesses. Your role will include developing marketing strategies, promoting the brand, and managing campaigns aimed at increasing product visibility and attracting new customers.

• Manage the company’s entire social media presence, including strategy creation, content planning, and execution across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create original, engaging, and platform-optimized marketing content, including posts, videos, stories, and short-form articles.
• Conduct regular photography and video shoots of company activities, employees, events, and products for marketing purposes.
• Oversee and lead paid marketing campaigns, including briefing, working with external vendors when needed, tracking performance, and optimizing results.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for content creation, data analysis, and marketing insights.
• Collaborate closely with the development and UX/UI teams to align marketing messaging with the company’s products.
• Stay ahead of new social media trends and integrate them into the company’s strategy.

• At least one year of experience in social media management, preferably in tech startups (not mandatory but highly advantageous).
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Exceptional creative writing skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Experience in visual content creation—basic photo and video editing skills with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.
• Experience working with AI-powered content creation tools (such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of paid advertising, including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think outside the box.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with development and UX/UI teams.
• Background in organizing events, conferences, or product launches.

• Full-time position: Sunday-Thursday, flexible hours (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, subject to change)
