A fast-growing company in our portfolio is seeking a first HR leader to oversee their people and recruiting organization, create a strong company culture, and work with the executive team to shape strategy and growth.

In this role you will:
- Oversee people and HR functions in a fast-growing, globally distributed team
- Contribute hands-on to core People and Talent activities
- Develop and strengthen the company culture across multiple geographies
- Lay the groundwork for a wide range of HR processes as the company scales: L&D, Manager Development, Benefits Management, etc.
- Play an important role on the leadership team of the company, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the org
For this role, you must have experience in:
- Team management - both HR and recruitment functions
- Fast-growing startups which involved significant scaling, past at least 100 employees
- Global organizations with distributed teams
- Building infrastructure and processes from scratch
- Hands-on ownership of the full range of HR and recruiting tasks
- Contributing to high-level strategic, executive-level decision-making processes
