The company operates in a dynamic, creative, and mission-driven environment where people are at the heart of its success. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the executive team and help shape the company's culture, growth, and employee experience.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking HR Director who will lead the full spectrum of HR functions—from organizational strategy to day-to-day operations. The role includes:
- Leading all HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, welfare and engagement, leadership development, retention, internal communications, and more
- Managing a small, professional HR team
- Designing and implementing HR strategies and organizational development plans
- Partnering closely with senior leadership and department heads
- Leading change management and process optimization initiatives
- Contributing as a member of the company’s executive leadership team
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 years of experience in HR, including 2+ years in a managerial capacity
- Proven experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong strategic thinking with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High self-management, adaptability, and a passion for people
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and leading strategic HR initiatives
