As a Business Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities. Your role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a high-growth environment, sharpen your sales skills, and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and initiate contact via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and assess fit.
- Pipeline Management: Schedule meetings and demos, ensuring a seamless transition to Account Executives.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work with AEs to refine messaging and strategies while providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- CRM Management: Track and document all prospecting activities in our CRM.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on industry trends, company solutions, and competitors to refine your approach.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build relationships.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a pipeline effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, comfortable with high-volume outreach.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
