What We Offer:
- Providing service and support to employees both remotely and in-person
- Troubleshooting operational issues (operating systems, Office, and organization-specific applications)
- Installing computers and peripheral devices, as well as handling requests like granting permissions for various applications
- The role includes phone support (Help Desk) and field technician work
- Handling issues related to Windows 10 OS on workstations
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Technician
- Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, Office 365, and Active Directory (AD)
- Providing support and resolving technical hardware/software issues
- Experience with printing issues and network printers
