We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

We are a leading company in the Field of Information Security and Network Solutions. The company was founded in 1985 and has a work force of more than 130 Employees. Our headquarters is located in Qiryat Atidim (Tel Aviv). The company holds two subsidiary companies.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join our excellent recruitment team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will manage the recruitment life-cycle from start to end.

You will create a good and pleasant candidate experience.

You will understand the company's units needs that you will support.

You will collaborate with external agencies for finding and locating candidates.

1+ years of recruiting experience- a MUST.

B.A in Human Resources/Social or Behavioural Science- a MUST.

Experience with technical recruiting- an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Hebrew.

Experience in conducting interviews with candidates.

Proven knowledge in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn.
