Channel Partner Manager – Europe

We’re looking for an exceptional Channel Partner Manager with proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships across Europe. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role requiring extensive experience in financial technology, established business relationships, and a demonstrated ability to leverage existing networks to rapidly drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage strategic channel partners including core banking providers, financial software companies, ERP developers, accounting firms, and financial service providers across Europe.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies focused on market penetration, revenue generation, and mutual value creation.
• Leverage your extensive existing business relationships ("ready-made contact list") to quickly establish and expand distribution channels for Okoora’s platform and technology.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and ongoing support of channel partners.
• Regularly travel across Europe to meet partners, maintain strong relationships, and actively participate in relevant industry events.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Channel Partner Manager or similar role in fintech or financial technology.
• Extensive hands-on experience selling and distributing financial technology products or platforms.
• Existing, established professional network across relevant channel segments (core banking software, financial institutions, accounting firms, financial solution providers).
• Highly proactive, hands-on approach with proven ability to drive tangible results quickly.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic yet practical mindset.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is highly advantageous.
