What you’ll do:
- You’ll play a key role in shaping our unique culture and values, continuously assessing organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers.
- Provides HR consultation and “hands on” support to leaders, teams and employees.
- Responsibility for the full employee life cycle, onboarding to off-boarding.
- Coach business and functional leaders to drive talent strategies that engage and retain our best employees, as we continue to scale for growth
- Partner with the HR Functions as to workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training and development needs and ensure cultural alignment.
- Design and deliver targeted solutions, including organizational design, performance management, talent management, recognition and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans.
What you’ll need:
- BA in a related field from a leading institution, MA/MBA - advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner role
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and influence various stakeholders within the organization.
- Collaborator and a team-player - an ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrates project management experience.
- Holds analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, able to multitask and prioritize independently.
- Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication (Hebrew and English).
