Customer Success Manager

Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will be responsible for customer onboarding, on-site implementation, deployment, training, adoption and ongoing technical success of the MIA OP platform. This role combines Customer Success, Professional Services and Solution Engineering, working directly with enterprise and government customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of our MIA OP product at customer sites.
• Install, configure and validate on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Work closely with customer IT, Security and UC teams.
• Deliver administrator and end-user training.
• Ensure successful onboarding and long-term adoption.
• Successfully lead trial periods and production rollouts end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with R&D and Product Management.
• Produce deployment documentation and best-practice recommendations.
