A  global leader in digital advertising technology and agency services, is searching for a

User Acquisition Manager that will drive engagement and user growth across the entire marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion.

We specialize in cutting-edge machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and our mission is to help clients and digital agencies worldwide supercharge their marketing efforts and achieve their goals. 

What you’ll do:

✨ Optimize our tech sales funnel -  Testing and deploying tactics to boost conversion rates and user engagement

✨ Working closely with product teams, developers, and marketers to

      ensure a seamless user experience and brand consistency

✨ Launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns on platforms like

      Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Taboola, and

      Outbrain

✨ Designing and implementing user acquisition strategies aligned with

      business goals

✨ Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and delivering

      actionable insights

✨ Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors

        strategies to refine acquisition efforts

✨ Build a team from scratch and inspire it

If you are a proven leader with a strong track record in user acquisition, team management, and a deep understanding of analytics and you have:

✅ A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product, or a related field

✅ 2+ years of experience in user acquisition (preferably in tech or digital

      advertising)

✅ A strong grasp of user acquisition funnels and subscription-based

      business models (SaaS experience is a bonus!)

✅ Hands-on expertise with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn,

      Taboola, and Outbrain

✅ Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability

      to juggle multiple projects 

✅ A creative, problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude
