Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

PayPlus, a leading fintech company offering a comprehensive suite of financial solutions for businesses, is currently in a growth stage as we expand our product portfolio. We are seeking a QA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the testing strategy and developing and maintaining automation frameworks to ensure the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Strategy:

1. Ensure compliance with industry standards related to software quality.

• Test Planning & Execution:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
2. Coordinate and manage all phases of testing (e.g., unit, integration, system, regression, UAT).
3. Ensure thorough testing of software products to identify and resolve defects before release.
4. Collaborate with development teams to understand the requirements and provide feedback on testability.

• Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python for automation purposes.
• Experience with tools like Jira, or other bug tracking and test management systems.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.

• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner or similar.

Ability to conduct performance, scalability, and load testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
