As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with management to drive growth through outbound prospecting. This role requires a proactive, results-driven approach to identifying and engaging potential clients. Join us today!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and leverage data analysis tools to build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
- Generate new business leads through outbound channels, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Craft personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers effectively.
- Schedule and qualify high-value meetings for the sales team.
- Manage and execute multi-step campaigns using HubSpot and other lead-generation tools.
- Maintain accurate lead records and track engagement within the CRM.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales and lead generation experience.
- Experience in the US market.
- Native or near-native English proficiency – mandatory.
- Experience with HubSpot and other lead-gen tools -mandatory.
- Willingness to work US hours.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to manage a rapidly growing pipeline.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience in fintech/Insurtech sales - a significant advantage
- A passion for hip-hop is a big plus – it’s all about bringing creativity and energy to the table!
