Your Mission
As a Sales Development Representative At Lightrun, You’ll
- Build and manage a pipeline of interested prospects to support our sales team.
- Generate leads and establish relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Develop a daily outreach plan, including calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential leads.
- Present product information tailored to customer needs, aligning our solutions with their challenges.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff for qualified opportunities.
- Track and report on progress through our CRM, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS.
- A proven track record of engaging with CIOs/VP Engineering/Engineering leaders.
- A strong work ethic, self-drive, and the ability to execute end-to-end processes.
- A passion for cold calling and persistence in connecting with prospects, even when it’s challenging.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to exceed goals.
- Familiarity with or interest in learning about software development and developer tools.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
