Junior Affiliate Manager

As a Junior Affiliate Manager in the Social Casino Sweepstakes industry, you will play an integral role in building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of affiliate marketing programs, driving player acquisition, and increasing revenue through performance-driven campaigns. Responsibilities

1. Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding o Assist in recruiting new affiliates to the program. o Manage the onboarding process, ensuring that affiliates understand the terms and conditions, the affiliate platform, and available marketing assets.
2. Affiliate Relationship Management o Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate partners, ensuring regular communication and providing necessary support. o Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates to ensure mutual success and growth. o Resolve any affiliate issues or concerns promptly, ensuring high affiliate satisfaction.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting o Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring affiliates are meeting agreed-upon KPIs and targets. o Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. o Work closely with the Affiliate Manager to optimize the affiliate marketing strategy.
4. Campaign Optimization o Assist in the creation and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional offers. o Provide affiliates with up-to-date marketing materials and promotional content to maximize performance. o Monitor campaign performance and suggest adjustments to improve ROI and conversion rates.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis o Keep track of trends within the real money gaming sector and the affiliate marketing industry. o Conduct competitor research to understand industry standards and identify areas for potential growth.
6. Administrative Tasks & Compliance o Ensure affiliates are in compliance with company regulations and local laws, including responsible gambling practices. o Support the Affiliate Manager.

Qualifications

1. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2. • Experience: Previous experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or digital marketing (preferably within the social casino, iGaming or Real Money Gaming sector) is a plus but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
