The Human Resources Business Partner Community enables strategic business initiatives during a transformational time. We are the face of HR to the business leaders. Partnering on organizational development and design, change management, developing and enabling talent strategies, Learning and Development initiatives, annual cycle programs, workforce planning as well as numerous run-the-business activities.

Partner with the best

You will support the SVP's in the region and their leadership teams, partnering closely with HRBPs globally as needed. In partnership with colleagues in the HRBP Community of practice, you will be responsible for HRBP support for our Israel location. You will be responsible for strategic human resource support, providing client-focused strategies and solutions.

As a Director Human Resources Business Partnering, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with COEs and peers to deliver metrics (e.g., quarterly people metrics) and ensure compliance with HR programs and policies.
• Collaborating with the ESG leadership team to design and implement people initiatives aligning with business objectives to support desired outcomes.
• Evolving talent strategies to enhance diversity, inclusion, and engagement while managing the employee life cycle, addressing trends and process gaps/efficiencies.
• Applying business acumen to develop objectives and approaches to critical challenges and programs.
• Overseeing employee relations, including compliance with local legislation and partnering with the business to ensure effective resolutions.

• Enjoy leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
