Software Engineering Team Lead

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, the company follows a hybrid work model and employs over 1,000 people across six global sites.

The role involves leading a team of five developers, working with a Node.js + Ruby tech stack on AWS. The position includes 40-50% hands-on development, focusing on backend architecture and microservices design, within one of the company’s strongest teams.

Requirements:

• 2 years of managerial experience
• 5 years of .NET Web development experience
• Background in strong SaaS companies
• Proven excellence: prestigious education, elite tech unit experience.
• Advantage for candidates who have grown within a company
• Experience in infrastructure development – a plus
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines – a plus
