Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HubSpot Specialist. The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for daily maintenance, management, and optimization of the HubSpot platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in HubSpot, including the ability to build and manage complex workflows in advanced HubSpot plans, execute API integrations, and handle data migrations between multiple third-party systems and HubSpot. The Specialist will also be responsible for building highly customized HubSpot reports and dashboards, ensuring actionable insights for marketing and sales teams. Additionally, the Specialist will assist with building marketing campaigns, workflows, and data management, as well as conducting regular reporting and analysis to determine the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- Strong experience with HubSpot, including CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools.
- Proven experience in building and managing complex HubSpot workflows within advanced HubSpot plans, including automation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle stage management.
- Exceptional technical expertise in HubSpot API integrations, with the ability to connect third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, eCommerce platforms) and ensure seamless data synchronization.
- Expertise in creating highly customized HubSpot reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Experience in building and executing email campaigns, landing pages, forms and workflows.
- Proven experience in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions to improve campaigns.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript for the creation of custom templates and modules
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience in the B2B Marketing or Sales industry is a plus
- HubSpot certifications are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
