Human Resources Manager

Yango Deli is an e-grocery delivery service that uses a tested model of hyperlocal delivery in 10-15 minutes from dark stores, supported by our proprietary technologies and know-how.

Now we’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

• HR & Business Alignment: Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with and support business objectives.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Enhance employee engagement by planning and executing company events, celebrations, and activities that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• HR Budget Planning & Management: Plan, manage, and optimize the HR budget to ensure cost-effective initiatives and strategic workforce investments.
• Benefits Administration: Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
• General HR Operations & Support: Provide administrative support related to HR processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the team.
• Employee Relations & Workplace Culture: Promote a positive work environment, manage employee relations, and effectively resolve workplace conflicts.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in Human Resources, with a proven ability to create engaging and efficient work environments.
• Organization & Multitasking: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Proactive in identifying challenges, anticipating needs, and implementing creative, resourceful solutions—especially in budget-conscious environments.
• People-Centric Mindset: Passionate about fostering a strong company culture and enhancing employee experience with a thoughtful and empathetic approach.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating office management software, HR platforms, and collaboration tools to improve efficiency and engagement.
