A leading global company is seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying top-tier talents through LinkedIn. Your ability to attract and engage skilled professionals will be instrumental in our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' suitability based on job requirements and company culture.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing our employer brand through effective online presence and participation in industry events.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- +3 years of proven experience in talent sourcing on LinkedIn premium tools.
- Strong understanding of technical recruiting methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
