Software Engineering Team Lead

The company is profitable and well-funded, with hundreds of thousands of customers. Founded in 2018 by two entrepreneurs who previously held senior roles and built a military Data Science unit, the company is stable with 100 employees.

Located in Tel Aviv, near the train line, offering a hybrid work model (two days a week from home). With over 110,000 customers, the company is profitable, and external funding is used to invest in employee perks and growth.

The role:

Reporting to the VP R&D, leading a team of six developers, with 50% hands-on development in NodeJS and Vue, with approximately 70% server-side and 30% frontend development. The environment includes AWS, MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

No prior experience with specific languages is required for this role

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in Backend development (required).
• Experience with C# (required).
• Cloud experience (preferred).
• Experience in product companies (preferred).
• Server-side focus.
