We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team.

What will you do?

• Focus on sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent through various channels.
• Manage and coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' fit.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring needs.
• Leverage social media and employer branding strategies to attract candidates.
  
  

• 1+ year of experience in technical recruitment (sourcing / coordination / or talent acquisition).
• Strong sourcing skills with experience in recruiting databases and social media (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Results-driven mindset with a "get things done" attitude.
• Social media and employer branding experience – a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach.
