Information Technology Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist who can function as a one-man show, capable of handling troubleshooting, problem-solving, and day-to-day maintenance independently, while taking full responsibility for all IT needs within the company.

You'll oversee IT infrastructure, security, and key IT projects to support rapid growth, deal with user provisioning, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT peripherals.
• Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
• Provide IT support to employees worldwide, troubleshooting technical issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their technical needs and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Manage system integrations, user access, and identity management across multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Active Directory, Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Provide technical guidance and leadership in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, including security protocols, data privacy standards, and system monitoring.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in IT, including system administration.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT systems, networking, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in working with both Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience with system administration, including Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
• Basic networking knowledge, including protocols and configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Experience with Cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• IT certifications (ITIL, CISSP, CISM).
