Finance Manager

We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to take on a strategic role in our growing organization. This position requires a finance professional with hands-on experience in financial reporting, international operations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, quarterly reports, and various financial analyses.
• Manage multi-currency transactions and financial operations across different regions.
• Lead and develop the Billing & Finance team, ensuring efficient billing and collection processes.
• Optimize financial workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience beyond auditing—must have direct involvement in financial reporting and statement preparation.
• 4-5 years of experience in finance roles, including international financial operations.
• Strong understanding of multi-currency transactions and exchange rate management.
• Leadership experience, particularly in managing finance and billing teams.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• English at a mother tongue level is a must
