Role Description

The Data Analyst will be part of our data-driven operations team, responsible for extracting, processing, and visualizing data using SQL and BI tools, delivering reports, and providing technical support for data-related issues. Your work will directly impact the organization's ability to optimize processes and achieve its operational goals. The role is located in Kfar Saba with the option for some remote work.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Development ETLs to support management of data lakehouse using Databricks and Apache Spark
• Development of a variety of interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Analysis of Phytech operational, business, sales, and user data to enhance business development strategies

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Power BI (2+ years)
• Knowledge of SQL (2+ years)
• Knowledge of Python (2+ years)
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Mixpanel, NetSuite (major advantage)
• Data Modeling expertise
• High level of English
• A keen eye for aesthetics and design
• Ability to learn quickly and technological curiosity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn independently
