ADAMA is one of the world’s leading agriculture crop protection companies, and we are currently looking to recruit a highly skilled candidate to join our team as People Business Partner (People, IT and Legal)
Purpose and Scope of the Position:
The primary focus of this role is to develop, implement, and oversee strategies that drive talent acquisition, retention, and development, alongside coordinating organization design and engagement initiatives that reinforce ADAMA’s values and value proposition to employees. This role is both strategic and operational, combining leadership in HR strategy with hands-on management of HR activities.
Accountable for / Responsible to:
- Design and implement a comprehensive people strategy encompassing organizational design, recruitment, retention, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and employee engagement, to align with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Partner closely with the EVPs and other leaders as a trusted advisor, to transform the organizational design, translate business strategies into workforce planning, and lead talent strategies to support business growth and transformation.
- Work closely with People CoE teams to ensure HR solutions align with business needs and drive operational excellence.
- Lead talent planning and leadership development, identifying critical roles, succession plans, and capability gaps while fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Drive business transformation initiatives, including organization design, ensuring effective change management strategies are in place.
- Lead all annual People processes across the different units. This includes: Goal setting and performance assessment, succession planning and talent mapping & employee engagement.
- Build labor cost and headcount Work Plan and ensure they are both properly managed according to WP, including employees and outsourced contractors
- Lead talent acquisition and ensure recruitment processes are well managed, delivering high quality applicants to the company
- Ensure HR data and employee files are properly maintained

Previous experience:
- 10 years working experience as HRBP
- Previous HR business partnering experience
- Experience with multi-national company
Skills and competences required
- Relevant academic degree
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, demonstrating a high-energy, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent people and communication skills with ability to influence without authority
- Good business acumen and strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working in fast moving, fast changing and challenging environment
- Leadership – Strong, proven alignment with ADAMA’s leadership model
- Fluent English and Hebrew
