Information Technology Support Specialist

Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Specialist! We’re looking for a tech-savvy professional to provide top-tier support across various platforms, including Windows, Mac, and mobile devices. Your role will involve troubleshooting, software installation, hardware support, and managing inventory, while ensuring smooth operations for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install software and troubleshoot issues on Windows, Mac, and mobile devices
• Provide remote and walk-up support for hardware and software
• Handle printer installations and break-fix
• Coordinate data backup, recovery, and asset management
• Manage warranty repairs, hardware refreshes, and spare parts
• Provide VIP and audio/video support
• Work with external vendors for repair coordination
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records
• Collaborate on new hire onboarding and hardware distribution
• Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years of IT experience and technical training
• Proficient with Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of network concepts and printer management
• Experience with Windows 10 imaging
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
