Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at ELTA Division.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving business development initiatives and partnerships to support division growth.
• Developing and overseeing business development plans, collaborations, and expansion strategies.
• Leading marketing efforts from opportunity identification through the sales process.
• Managing tenders, including business meetings, and technical and financial proposal submissions.
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree - mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in business development and marketing technological products for military/defense systems - mandatory.
• Willingness to travel abroad - mandatory.
• Technical background in airborne systems - advantage.
• MBA - advantage.
• Experience in negotiations - advantage.
• High proficiency in English.
