Data Analyst

We are looking to hire a Data Analyst for a fast-growing gaming startup. offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and data-driven environment, optimizing user engagement and monetization strategies through in-depth analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹Analyze large datasets representing player behavior to drive strategic and operational decisions.

🔹Optimize user monetization by identifying trends and opportunities within user segments.

🔹Perform data mining, pattern recognition, and correlation analysis to generate actionable insights.

🔹Define, measure, and evaluate A/B tests to assess the impact of game features and updates.

🔹Provide recommendations to shape game features, economy, and future product roadmaps based on data analysis.

🔹Develop automated dashboards and reports to improve company-wide understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).

🔹Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance monetization and retention strategies.

Requirements:

🔹Must have previous experience in the gaming industry.

🔹3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a gaming company.

🔹Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.

🔹Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

🔹Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.

🔹Ability to communicate insights effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

🔹Passion for gaming and understanding of player behavior trends.
