Mission

DoorLoop is hiring a Frontend Developer (React) to join our Marketing Squad in Tel Aviv. This role drives business growth by developing, optimizing, and scaling our marketing funnels to improve user acquisition and conversion rates. You’ll collaborate with a Growth Product Manager, Designer, and Copywriter to create high-converting landing pages, and A/B test experiences, and improve the overall user journey across our marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance high-performing marketing assets, landing pages, and funnel components using React.js.
• Optimize page speed, responsiveness, and SEO to maximize conversions.
• Implement A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to improve user journeys and increase conversion rates.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all marketing assets.
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Implement animations, micro-interactions, and engaging UI elements to enhance the user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest React trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies.
• Implement and manage tracking for conversions, user interactions, and marketing analytics using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and PostHog.
• Debug performance bottlenecks and optimize page load speeds.
  
  

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive and performance-driven React.js products.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with a solid understanding of responsive design principles.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, including in production environments.
• A problem solver with a creative approach to tackling performance issues and complex logic.
• Experience with Webflow - Plus
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools like PostHog or VWO - Plus
• A self-learner with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
