Senior Organizational Development & Learning Manager

A leading global, multidisciplinary organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L) Manager to lead and implement strategic, organization-wide development initiatives.

This is a hands-on role focused on designing, leading, and embedding large-scale organizational development processes. The role involves working closely with senior leadership and HRBP teams to strengthen organizational culture, enhance leadership capabilities, and improve cross-functional collaboration, while introducing best practices in organizational development and learning.

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive OD initiatives focused on leadership development, cultural transformation, and improving organizational effectiveness.

Design and implement cross-organizational processes aligned with strategic business goals.

Drive learning and development strategies that directly support business objectives and organizational priorities.

Introduce best practices in organizational development, ensuring continuous improvement.

Collaborate with HRBP and manage a learning coordinator responsible for operational execution.

Lead programs from concept through execution to full implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.

Requirements:

Qualifications

8+ years of proven experience in organizational development within diverse and dynamic environments.

Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end OD processes, including cultural development, leadership programs, performance review and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Strong project management skills with the ability to execute processes independently and achieve measurable outcomes.

Hands-on approach with a strategic mindset, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and working collaboratively across all organizational levels.

Experience working in multinational organizations – an advantage.

MA in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Availability for a full-time role at the Sharon region, Israel (Hybrid model, 4 days onsite).
