HR Business Partner (maternity leave)

Yango Deli is an e-grocery delivery service that uses a tested model of hyperlocal delivery in 10-15 minutes from dark stores, supported by our proprietary technologies and know-how.

Now we’re looking for a HR Business Partner (maternity leave replacement) to join our team in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

Proactively support business in all HR areas, implement HR projects in accordance with business needs.

To be in charge of mass recruitment operating for our business units

Conduct on-site interviews in coordination with the recruiting and hiring teams, developing creative ways of finding the best people.

Manage new-hire orientation and onboarding.

Advise office staff on any HR issues.

Participate in employee assessment cycles and calibration sessions, provide post-assessment processes.

Provide support for reorganizations and structural changes.

Help and support employees in terms of motivation, training, development, career growth, etc.

Organize the adaptation of employees.

Collaborate with related departments within the company.

Required Skills:

Solid relevant experience in Talent Development or Recruitment roles.

Great knowledge of local employment law;

Experience in local payroll and benefits administration;

Strong team player;

Experience in supporting various HR projects and drafting or amending policies based on business need;

Comfortably dealing with ambiguity, capable of interpreting non-verbal communication and understanding cultural nuances;

Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Hebrew and English proficiency, Russian (optional)

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
