 This role is not just HR—it’s about reinventing talent acquisition for deep-tech and AI-driven organizations. You’ll be responsible for hiring top-tier executives (COO, CFO, CMO), robotics engineers, and AI experts, while implementing AI-driven HR practices, innovative recruitment methodologies, and global workforce strategies.

• 5+ years in HR leadership, ideally but not necessarily in deep-tech, AI, or robotics.
• Proven experience hiring top engineers, AI specialists, and executives.
• A strategic thinker who dares to reinvent HR in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and innovative hiring techniques.

 Location: Israel (Hybrid – Remote + On-Site)

 Compensation: Equity-based initially, transitioning to a full-time salaried role post-funding.
