Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. This is a role for a true team player with fire in their eyes—someone who thrives on challenges, is passionate about sales, and is eager to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for shaping and executing our sales strategy across both local (Israel) and global markets, working closely with marketing and SDR teams to generate leads, build strong pipelines, and conquer new markets. This role requires a hands-on approach to sales execution, actively engaging in closing deals, managing key accounts, and driving business growth through direct involvement in the sales process.
Security clearance will be required due to work with national defense enterprises..
What You’ll Do
- Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base locally and internationally, aligning with company objectives.
- Generate Leads: Work hand-in-hand with SDRs and marketing to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Drive Revenue: Oversee business development efforts, account management, and strategic partnerships to exceed revenue targets.
- Develop Markets: Expand our presence in key markets, with a focus on SaaS, Cloud, and Software enterprises.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish strong relationships within the industry, including both private and public sectors.
The Ideal Candidate should have
- Experience in sales roles within Software, or Cloud companies.
- A hands-on approach to sales execution, with passion for sales, a proactive mindset, and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- A stable career path with consistent, impactful roles in reputable organizations.
- Proven success in selling to both global and Israeli markets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales roles (SDR, Sales management, Sales Director) within Software/Cloud/Tech companies – must
- Proven success selling to both global (EMEA & Americas) and local (Israel) markets – must
- A stable career path with impactful roles in reputable organizations – must
- Demonstrated experience leading sales teams and delivering ambitious revenue goals - must
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Hebrew – must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A relevant university degree – must
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring a sales team - great advantage
