Role Description:

• Join the Ads group as part of a team of 4 analysts, reporting to the team lead.
• Analyze advertising strategies to determine what works, what doesn't, and assess effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product managers and Ads teams.
• The team is responsible for 20% of the company's revenue.
• Key tasks:
• Conduct A/B testing.
• Work with SQL, Python, Looker, PowerBI, and Matplotlib.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the mobile apps market.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib)
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
• Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment (people person)
• High motivation, proactiveness, curiosity and attention to detail
