Role Description

This is a Team Lead position for a development team (4 developers), reporting directly to the company's founder.

The Development Team Lead will be responsible for team leadership, front-end development, software development, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) on-site.

Qualifications

• Team Leadership skills
• Front-End Development and Software Development (Python + React) skills
• Experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
