Data Analyst

We are at the forefront of AI innovation, located in the heart of Tel Aviv, and are looking for passionate professionals to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to work within our R&D Department. This role involves managing and analyzing complex data pipelines, building insightful BI dashboards, and supporting the development of machine learning models. Your work will directly contribute to improving our AI-driven product and driving business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the labels database to ensure accurate and consistent data for machine learning model training.
• Analyze machine learning model performance and provide detailed insights to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards using Tableau or other visualization tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and execute automated processes for data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and implement scalable data solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business, technology, and product activities, delivering comprehensive insights to stakeholders.
• Identify trends and opportunities for optimization, presenting findings to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python (1-2 years of hands-on experience) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Solid experience in SQL (2-3 years), including complex queries and data transformations.
• Proficiency in Tableau or a similar BI tool (2-3 years).
• B.Sc in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – an advantage.
• Familiarity with reporting architecture, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling – an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge of Machine Learning or AI environments – a significant advantage.
• Strong skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, capable of supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
