Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced HRBP to join our team at a dynamic and innovative fintech company based in Ramat Gan. If you have significant HR experience and a passion for creating impactful organizational processes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop end-to-end HR processes across the organization: recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee development.

Provide strategic HR consultation to managers on employee management, feedback, and retention.

Design and implement new HR processes tailored to the company’s needs.

Drive organizational development initiatives, fostering a strong and positive company culture.

Lead projects in employee training, well-being, and employee experience.

Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar role within a tech/fintech company – mandatory.

Proven ability to lead and manage complex processes independently.

Experience in building and customizing HR solutions to organizational needs.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

High-level English proficiency – mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field – a significant advantage.
